Mark’s track record includes founding or co-founding 20 companies on 5 continents.
Yael Sherman
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Yael has over 14 years of experience in software development and entrepreneurship. Yael’s specializations include building complex applications and robust frameworks, building teams and processes and communicating with clients. As Buildup’s CTO, Yael is in charge of all aspects of the product and managing the R&D team.
Stephen Haskin
Executive Vice-President
As Executive Vice President, Stephen is the head of business development, sales, and customer success. Joining the team from a customer, he has 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, and property management, spearheading the acquisition and/or development of over $500M in multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. Stephen holds a B.A. from Colgate University and enjoys traveling, skiing and hiking.
Elissa Flandro
Vice President of Customer Success
Elissa holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. She has worked in construction at the San Francisco International Airport and the Transbay Transit Center as well as within construction technology for several years. She’s currently the Bay Area chapter leader for the Society for Construction Solutions. Elissa oversees Customer Success initiatives to help customers achieve the most value from Buildup.
Jean Adriano
Vice President of Marketing
Jean is a marketing leader with over 14 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence and analysis, market insights, data analysis, product strategy, sales enablement, and content marketing. Jean spearheads the marketing function and is excited to disrupt the field of construction technology with Buildup. She holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Evan is a Northeastern educated Vice President with over 10 years of sales experience in construction technology, online advertising, real estate, and logistics. When Evan is not on the job site helping to improve processes, he can often be found enjoying Boston sports teams with a cold IPA.
